白熊ハウス

We had a very comfortable stay! The location was excellent, the home was tidy, clean, and a welcoming space. The facilities were well-equipped, and almost everything needed during the stay was available, so the whole family enjoyed a comfortable time. The owner was very kind and courteous. Whenever we had questions, she responded quickly via chat, which was a big help during our stay. We felt safe and relaxed, and we’re glad we chose this place. If we have another chance, we’ll definitely use it again. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 😊

“快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございます。”

It was very clean!! I really liked the scent in the toilet. The TV antenna was not attached—how could that be? Maybe it was hidden somewhere?

“家族みんなでまた来たいです”

The room was spacious and clean. I had to run out to buy seasonings and plastic wrap, but otherwise I was very satisfied. They double‑booked me, and during a multi‑night stay one night was moved to the previous day, so I couldn’t stay; they informed me and offered alternative accommodation, but it took until late at night and left me exhausted.

“最高”

It was very clean, and they had enough towels and bath towels for everyone. The terrestrial TV didn’t work.

“it was absolutely wonderful and i had a great time but the cleaning could be improved”

It had everything you could ask for, the bath was wonderful, and it felt like home. I found a shirt in my room that wasn’t mine, in the closet, and there was hair and dirt around. Also, unless you speak Japanese, the water heater was very hard to understand and figure out.
