“Pousada precisando de melhorias.”

The location was fine. We arrived at night, it was cold, and when I showered a part of the water came out icy even after opening the tap slightly. I complained at reception but nothing changed; they said I should keep it slightly open, which I already did. The bathroom door was patched with Durepox, mold covered the whole room, the towels were thin, the bed headboard looked dirty, and breakfast was basic.

“Pousada completa, a pouquíssimos passos do centro histórico, bom café da manhã, ótimos funcionários”

The pousada is lovely and just a few steps from the historic center. The hosts and staff were extremely helpful. In addition to a good breakfast, they offered coffee with cake in the afternoon and complimentary drinks. A big thanks to Genesis, who welcomed us with great courtesy. We’ll return again! There’s nothing to complain about; it’s a fantastic option.

Nothing to say positively. The location was terrible—an unpaved street full of mud, furniture in horrible condition, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room. I’ve never experienced such a bad stay on Booking. I tried to cancel but the owner refused. I wanted to leave as soon as I arrived. It should be removed from Booking.

“Très correct avec emplacement top”

The location was exceptional, the breakfast good, and the house had charm. The bathroom was a bit lacking, especially the shower water was lukewarm.
