From the front desk to the rooms, everything was substandard. I booked a double room noting we had a small child, yet they placed us on the fifth floor of a building without an elevator. The room was dirty, the blankets were old, towels were worn, and the storage cupboard was dusty, yet they still left towels for us to use; basic toiletries like soap, toothbrushes, combs, and toothpaste were missing. The air‑conditioner was broken, they didn’t fix it or move us to another room. My child couldn’t sleep because it was too hot, so I asked to check out. I arrived at 6 pm to drop off our luggage, went out to eat, returned at 9 pm to find the room still warm, asked for a change and were given endless excuses to keep us there. I refused and demanded to leave, yet they charged me 200 k for two trips we made to store and retrieve our belongings.
