The facilities overall are excellent, the hotel is very well planned, the food is delicious, and the staff are generally very attentive at all times. The spa leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cost and service.

Having been a client for years, I know everything here, but there were no towels in the room and the staff were very slow and unhelpful when asked for something.

I loved the comfort of the accommodation and the excellent staff service; everyone was very friendly and attentive, which made my stay very pleasant. However, I chose the suite hoping for a quiet rest because I was told that children were not allowed in that type of room. Yet during my stay, kids were constantly shouting in the side rooms next to mine, ruining the peaceful atmosphere I expected. Also, at breakfast I saw some children bothering the animals on site without any immediate intervention. I think it’s important to enforce the hotel’s policies more strictly and better supervise these situations so all guests can enjoy a pleasant stay.

“Muy sucias y llenas de gente sobrevendido”

Unfortunately, this was my fourth visit, and I'm sad to say that it was my last. The pool was disgustingly dirty, and overcrowded, with no available seating or loungers. To make matters worse, the water was filled with grease and dead skin. We were also given towels at 4 pm, which was unacceptable. The hotel sells a lot of passes, so it's surprising they don't clean the pool more often.

The hotel staff provided excellent attention, making our stay truly enjoyable. However, my experience was otherwise unremarkable.
