The site is very isolated, perfect for breathing and taking walks. The personalized welcome was especially appreciated. The meals and breakfast are good. The lodges are well‑made and spaced apart. There’s an outdoor and indoor shower, and a mini bar.

The hosts, Pieter and Claudie, were genuinely kind and helpful in every way. The chalet itself was very comfortable and offered fantastic valley views. The trail walks were great, giving us a chance to exercise in a natural setting, which was exactly what we needed after days of driving around Kruger and Blyde Canyon. No complaints.
The location was stunning—right in nature, surrounded by plenty of wildlife. Pieter and Claudie were extremely hospitable. It was an ideal stop along the Panormaroute. The lodge was beautiful and impeccably clean. The food was good. We had to leave early the next morning, so they provided breakfast for the road. Highly recommended!
