When we checked in, the room was a mess—both mirrors were grimy, the bathtub hadn't been cleaned, and we even found a hair tie that wasn't ours, plus a dirty tissue box holder. I told Tylor, who promised to alert housekeeping, but the state of the room made us feel uneasy. We had paid for one night, yet after spending 1–2 hours there we left without staying the night. Paying for a room that hasn't been properly cleaned is unacceptable, and I have photos to prove it.
