I absolutely loved my stay at Atria Hotel! Exceptional service and spotlessly clean rooms. A truly pleasurable experience—highly recommended!

The room was clean, the location was strategic, and the price was affordable. The hospitality during my stay was perfect. We could hear noise from the neighboring room, so it made the stay uncomfortable; the room was less sound‑proof.

The staff were friendly. I stayed with three people (my wife and child) and used an extra bed. Because my wife and I had separate needs and the child was in the room, I was NOT able to get an additional key (even though I offered a deposit). I told the reception staff, but they couldn’t because their policy allows only two keys. I explained that I had an extra bed and that my arrival time differed from my wife’s, and the child stayed in the room. This made me reluctant to stay again at Atria, even though I had stayed there before in Malang. Be careful if you need more than two keys; otherwise, stay at Atria.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable; I will return to it in a few days, God willing. I don’t remember anything annoying.
