Can and Murat at reception were very helpful and friendly; nothing went wrong and everything was resolved on time. The restaurant service could have been better: while we were eating, a staff member was cleaning on the balcony, so I had to go to reception to find someone to look after us.

They didn’t give us any feedback, and they were completely indifferent, even refusing to register a wrong taste. The facility is nice, but they only care about money.

The hotel is decent, but it’s clearly not five‑star. Breakfast and amenities are modest.

The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The hotel, the convenience, the cleanliness, and the breakfast are all lacking.
