The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and full of useful info; the house sits peacefully among trees, and we even spotted a few monkeys. We had to walk up a hill, which was enjoyable after our meal, and the breakfast was amazing—thanks a lot!

We stayed a few days at Tree Breeze Inn after traveling from Jaffna to Kandy. The host had already reached out early to confirm our arrival time, but I missed her messages and arrived after the official check‑in window. When I called, she responded immediately and arranged an alternative place for us on short notice, sparing us a lot of stress. Her son even came over to set everything up. Their hospitality and willingness to help were truly appreciated. The next morning we moved into Tree Breeze Inn without any trouble. Throughout our stay, the host and her son were incredibly friendly, attentive, and supportive. The accommodation offers a lovely view and a very pleasant atmosphere. One of the highlights was sitting outside in the morning with a cup of tea, enjoying the calm, and reading a book. The place feels warm and family‑like. We had a wonderful time at Tree Breeze Inn and highly recommend it. Thank you for the heartfelt hospitality! The location is a bit hard to reach on foot, especially with older family members, but a tuk‑tuk or car makes it easy and very affordable in Kandy.

The room was comfortable, and a mosquito net hung over the bed to keep the bugs away. It’s in a very quiet spot outside the city, just a fifteen‑minute walk from the city centre. The best part was the host—she was super friendly and made the best eggs. She gave great advice and was open to any questions. Such friendliness! A really good price.

A quiet homestay in a pleasant green setting. The hosts were very tidy and cooked a delicious Sri Lankan breakfast—the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka! They also gave us helpful tips about Kandy. We’d love to come back!
