The host spoke good English and was very considerate of our comfort and well‑being, but the stairs to reception are unavoidable because the elevator doesn’t start on the ground floor, making it not handicapped‑friendly; everything is downhill from here, so many stairs back up, and temple area restrictions at 5 pm mean no taxis or tuk‑tuks, so plan accordingly.
