I had a great stay with a clean room and helpful staff—when my daughter‑in‑law said the bed was too hard, they provided pillows and blankets to soften it, and it worked wonderfully. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning during our 6‑night stay. Having grown up in Butler and visited many local hotels, this place is truly the best. Thanks to the staff!

Walking into the lobby, I found it spotless and the front desk staff welcoming. The room layout was the best I've ever seen, the bathroom was luxuriously large, the room was immaculate, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing and well stocked with eggs, bacon, sausage, dry cereal, oatmeal, scones, muffins, and the best waffles ever. The pool area was clean and had plenty of towels. I have absolutely no complaints.

The bed was comfy, the room was big and quiet, and breakfast was solid, but I had trouble locating the hotel because the signage outside was terrible and the room lighting could use improvement.

Everything was great, especially Miss Dee at the front desk—she was incredibly kind, helpful, and amazing.
