“Excellent location great value for money”

Everyone was very friendly, the location is excellent, you’re literally surrounded by watchtowers, cows walk through the village regularly, the tap water is very fresh, it was great value for money, and they even helped me arrange a taxi back to Mestia. The Wi‑Fi wasn’t the strongest.

“Nice place, nice owners, bathroom was bad.”

Owner was very nice and helped us get a ride back to Mestia, and everything was clean. The shower water pressure was very low, the top of the toilet where the flush button is was removed, so you had to put your hand in the toilet water to flush, and the WiFi barely worked and was pretty slow.

The accommodation was good and in a wonderful location in the historic Uschguli. We changed our plans on short notice and were allowed to shorten our stay without extra cost – thank you for that flexibility. When we compared the description to our stay, we noticed that there was no Wi‑Fi, the bathroom was not in the best condition and there was neither a shower curtain nor toilet paper. After showering with low water pressure, the communal bathroom stayed wet for a long time. The breakfast we were looking forward to was not available and the kitchen was not shown to us. There was also no wardrobe or the advertised toiletries. We feel that the extremely high ratings may be due to being contacted via WhatsApp on our private number afterwards and asked for feedback.
