It was a very nice stay. The room has an Uzbek-style design that lifts the travel mood. We booked a triple room for two, so it was spacious. Cleanliness, shower flow, no unpleasant smells. Breakfast was satisfying. The staff were very kind, gave us water before check‑in, told us about the restaurant, and checked on us every time we passed. There was a brief power outage, but they explained it properly and I felt at ease. Access to tourist spots is good, and there are restaurants nearby, making it comfortable. I stayed only one night, didn't use other accommodation, but this is a highly recommended place in Bukhara! The windows face the courtyard, so people walking in front of the room bothered me. But during the day, with lace curtains, you couldn't see from outside, and we never opened the window while the AC was on, so it was not a problem.

“Resmen rezalet. Uzbekistan adına bir utanc”

Location. The staff didn't want to help at all. They had sold the room that was reserved for us to someone else. They gave us a room on the ground floor. It had no window, no ventilation. When we requested a change, they just shouted and said we had no other rooms left. Only look at the location and don't be fooled; it's a terrible hotel.

ブハラの観光地の中心部付近の立地で、観光に便利。朝食も充実していた。シャワーも問題無し。. 地下1階の静かな部屋かと思いきや、朝の7時から、枕元の壁の向こう側からの工事音にビックリ。フロントに聞いたら、以前から問題になっていて、クレームを申し入れて、少しはマシになったが、酷い状態が続くなら、警察に申し入れするかも、とのこと。事前に説明が無かったこともあり、余計にビックリした。

房間乾淨、整潔、明亮，房間內和整棟建築的室內設計都很漂亮、有特色，我們很喜歡！ 設備比較現代化，房間使用房卡。 櫃檯的接待人員很友善，總是很熱情地和我們聊天。 可以和櫃檯免費索取500ml瓶裝水。 房間大小可以攤開2個28吋行李箱。 住宿位於老城區內，逛累了可以回飯店休息。 早餐是buffet，很豐盛。. 水壓比較小，不過整趟烏茲別克之旅住到的飯店水壓好像都比較小。 吹風機只能開弱風，開強風幾秒就會停止，需要過一陣子才能使用。 隔壁在蓋房子，有一天早上7點半就開始敲東西，把我們吵醒。但住在飯店另一頭的朋友們沒有聽到噪音。 有看到不少評論說在入住當天被這間飯店取消預訂，甚至有請飯店幫忙訂車的人也被取消訂單，讓我們很擔心。好險我們最後有順利入住，其他的住宿體驗也非常好。
