The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Reception is open 24/7. The air‑conditioning is fine. From our balcony we had a nice view of Sulejman's mosque. The only issue was that our room was on the third floor, making it difficult to haul our suitcases up there.

The hotel’s location was good for us and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC unit was very loud, so we couldn’t use it at night, which caused some uncomfortable sleep.

The pillows felt wonderfully comfortable, but many things were off: the air‑conditioner was extremely noisy and even broke down for a night, leaking water onto the floor after we complained, and the owner offered only cheap excuses. The room hadn’t been properly cleaned, the trash bin was overflowing, and the parking lot felt unsafe despite the high fee and lack of staff. Breakfast service was terrible, with unmotivated staff who never smiled, and the spread was very basic—some pre‑packaged butter was already mouldy. Two of the shampoos were almost empty and the toothpaste had been emptied by housekeeping, which felt like theft after we raised the issue. The hotel’s location was also inconvenient.

I’ve stayed at this hotel 11 times and recommend it to everyone. The location is very convenient, the breakfast is good so we never went hungry, and all staff members strive to make tourists stay as regular guests. 💝
Breakfasts were tasty and filling, and during our three‑night stay we liked the comfortable beds, spotless white linens, well‑functioning air‑conditioner, clean bathroom and strong shower pressure; the room also provided tea, a kettle, sugar and cups, and fresh towels were supplied daily. The metro station, bus stops and nearby cafés made getting around and grabbing a bite easy.
