The loft‑style rooms combine living area, TV and kitchen downstairs with bedroom and bathroom upstairs, and the location is a bit tucked away from a noisy square, so we heard nothing. The front‑desk staff were charming, there’s no breakfast lounge but you can order a breakfast the day before for the next day, and the hotel is just steps from a small square with many shops and restaurants. The décor is very pretty and a bit minimalist—simply sublime. Nothing to complain about.

Cleanliness was excellent, rooms were well maintained and the daily housekeeping was highly appreciated. The bed was comfortable with various pillow types, all very cozy, and the welcome kit in the bathroom was a nice touch. The only drawback, not the hotel’s fault, was the parking: there are several paid lots nearby but they’re quite expensive. Also the “kitchen” has no stove, so it couldn’t be used as I’d wanted; there is a microwave, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and dishes. I also noted that the plastic plants in the property seemed out of place for a more sustainable environment.

“Santa Cruz central”

In the centre of Santa Cruz, there’s a convenient public covered parking that’s always free in peak season. The staff, cleaning and modern furnishings are a real strength. A hug and see you next time. The kitchen was clean and modern, but it was a pity there were no stoves.
