1 single bed
The setting is gorgeous, the welcome was great, and I’d definitely recommend it.
The value for money is excellent, the location is great, and the single room is walkable to everywhere. A Saturday market is nearby and there’s a nice coffee shop. The owner can drive you around, and the staff are very warm. There’s a small courtyard where you can play pool, drink, and chat. The room is a bit tight and you need to bring your own toiletries, but the price is lower than hostels, which is normal.
“High-Quality Riverside Escape”
I spent a week there and would definitely return when I’m back in Pai. Nut, the owner, is an outstanding host—always present, attentive, and genuinely caring about guests. From the first moment you feel welcomed, and the place feels like home. Cleanliness and upkeep of both the private bungalows and common areas are flawless. The rooms are perfect down to the smallest detail: power outlets are well‑placed, lights and switches work, the bathroom is spotless with excellent plumbing, no insects, and every door and window has a mosquito screen. The bed is very comfortable, and everything is designed for maximum comfort. The outdoor area is a highlight: direct river access, a large well‑maintained garden, and stunning views of the mountains and the Big Buddha. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing—you can hear the river flow, making it the ideal spot to unwind. The location is excellent: close enough to cafés, bakeries, restaurants, scooter rentals, and local markets, yet a bit away from the main road, so you avoid central Pai’s noise and chaos. Every evening from 5 PM the on‑site bar opens and becomes a lovely social spot. Expats and regular guests gather there to chat and play pool, creating a friendly, community‑like vibe. Many people have been coming for years, which speaks volumes about the place. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking peace, quality, and authentic hospitality.
The place is beautiful, all green and right by the river. The cabins feel like cozy caves, and next to them is a very cute café. The host is amazing—he shared great moments with me and was helpful all the time. If I ever return to Pai, I’ll come back here. Oh, and the little dogs are adorable.
The design is solid, the host is lovely (he picked me up and dropped me off at the station), it’s clean and comfortable. It’s a short walk—about 15 minutes—from the main street, which is fine but can get tiring if you’re moving around a lot. I was there in the off‑season, so the vibe wasn’t very social and the bar rarely opened.
