The location was very convenient for us, and despite being an old hotel it was very comfortable, but the bathrooms in the lobby were not clean and there was a lipstick stain on our coffee cup, which needs more attention.

I was really looking forward to staying at this Hilton, but unfortunately, my room was a letdown. The shower was out of order, the bathroom was in poor condition, and to top it all off, there was a unpleasant smell in the room. For a five-star hotel, I expect a lot more in terms of maintenance and cleanliness.
