The location and the building are wonderful; the local culture was felt everywhere and I was glad something like this was open to the public. There were bugs in the room—three large insects—and I asked them to remove them; they promised it but didn’t. Dinner was served in a beautiful setting, yet the waiters were unprofessional. Breakfast was a disaster: it opened at 9am, but at 9:10am there was nothing on the buffet trays; when asked, they apologized and offered bread with oil and a terrible coffee. In the end we didn’t eat breakfast, although we were still charged for it.

It’s in a unique spot, very pretty, and the rooms are good with all the essentials, no extra luxuries. The only downside is that the directions are quite confusing to get to.

The location is unbeatable. If you come here, you know what to expect: nature, tranquility, Christian faith, and a historic monument in our country. Inside the complex, the rooms are lovely, with many halls where you can rest, read, or spend time with your companion. The buffet breakfast does its job: juices, coffee, cold cuts, and sweets. No big pretensions, but it works. The value for money is very fair. The rooms haven’t been updated since opening, which shows. You can hear everything happening in the hallway from inside the room, and Wi‑Fi only works if you’re in the main hallway.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación y vistas desde la habitación a la cruz del Valle!!! Facilidad de entrar y salir del recinto!!!. Lo primero es que hacía mucho frío, no contaba con calefacción activa, por lo que el ducharte con ese frío es jugártela a coger un resfriado!!!! Y por lo segundo la habitación que no contaba con TV para poder verla!!! Por no decir que el wifi era una castaña que se salía cada dos por tres de la sesión!!! Y cobertura nula por telefonía!!!! Sitio para ir en verano y no en el invierno!!!!
