From the moment we arrived, Ro made us feel so welcome! The breakfasts were also fantastic and the common areas were so pretty. Nothing else.

The spot was spot on – right in the middle of everything. The real highlight was the staff, especially Ro, who was super helpful with activity suggestions and just made us feel welcome. The only gripe: there's no wardrobe or storage in the room, so you have to improvise.

I liked everything – the location, the facilities, the service. The only thing that was missing was gallo pinto at breakfast, but I get that most foreign guests don't request it. Still, it would be nice to have it.
