“Worst experince i ever faced”
The staff were very non‑cooperative, and even after many messages to the executive, my bill was never given; it was a terrible experience and I will never return or recommend it to friends.
The stay was solid and everything matched the price; the room was small but stylishly decorated. The food was tasty and the staff were friendly and helpful. If you’re after a budget-friendly option, this place is worth considering.
The staff were good but untrained. The location, room, in-room facilities, and ambience were all poor.
We loved the very aesthetic decor of our room. The staff were exceptionally nice and fixed everything we asked for right away, giving the service a perfect 10/10.

I had no positives to mention. I booked this place for a balcony view, but construction was happening on site and the hotel itself was under maintenance. The location isn’t great, the sales lady was pathetic, my room was in poor condition, the TV was bad, and the room was still being fixed. The hotel tried to sell an upper room upgrade to cover the issue, but it was not comfortable.
