The location was great, and the reception staff were very friendly and pleasant. The bathrooms had showers without diffusers and poor direction, the door was in bad condition, no shampoo or soap was provided, the sheet was torn, and the TV only had basic national channels. The breakfast was very basic and the service lacked friendliness.

The facilities were pleasant, clean, and comfortable, ideal for short stays and business trips; the breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was delicious, and the location within Barranquilla was good value for those on a modest budget. The staff were very kind and quick to help. The Wi‑Fi was quite intermittent during my stay.

The place was spotless, tucked into a safe neighbourhood and looks nice. The staff were genuinely friendly, which made the stay pleasant.

Angela at the front desk was on point—professional, helpful and always with a smile. Her service made checking in a breeze.

The hygiene left a lot to be desired; the room felt only average in terms of cleanliness.
