Everything was great: the location, the room, the service, and the breakfast was varied; as a long‑time guest I loved your caipirinha, the best in Ubatuba, and it came without the 90 % ice cup, exactly as we paid for; I even praised the bartender. I only wish there were a small table in the room for a laptop or writing, and that the bedside lamps had softer, more covered lighting.

The place was amazing, the service excellent, and it was one of the best experiences my family and I had—hotel on the beach, everything clean and very organized, and all the meals were delicious; we will definitely come back many more times. I just miss everything else!

We loved the hotel; everything was beautiful, clean, and organized. The beach service and the view were magnificent, the front‑court beach a real treat, and the food was superb, all made with great care. What stood out most was the staff—every single person was attentive, kind, and very polite, so much that we plan to return soon. We liked everything.

“Recomendo esse hotel”

The best hotel I’ve ever seen in Ubatuba: it’s super charming, looks newly renovated despite its age, the room was comfortable and of decent size, and the beach‑front location with a tasty restaurant is unbeatable; the staff are incredibly attentive, and the beach is calm, perfect for families with kids. The only thing I missed was a playroom or something similar to keep younger children entertained while staying at the hotel (the game room could be used for that).
