The towels and linens were clean, yet the bathroom water pressure was very weak, the air‑conditioning was intermittent, the TV didn’t work, and during the two nights no housekeeping ever came to clean. Breakfast was a waste of 45 lei – the coffee was watery, the food was frozen (red meat, ham), and you had to fetch water yourself from a large dispenser. One morning the kitchen guy told me to ask for anything else right then because he was busy and couldn’t wait for me.

The staff were welcoming, the rooms were the right size, the cleanliness was adequate, and it was close to all services, restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops.

The staff and location were acceptable, but on the final evening I found four cockroaches in the room, which made the experience completely unpleasant; aside from that, there’s little else to complain about.

The receptionist was friendly and communication was easy, but the shower was disappointing.
