The staff were wonderful, the room was a good size compared to other hotels we've stayed at in Japan, and everything was very nice and clean!

Every service was excellent – laundry, drying, ironing facilities, the spacious room, breakfast, coffee and the cleaning. No complaints at all.

The hotel is modern, the staff outstanding, and the location very convenient. We could walk into the city center without any trouble. The complimentary breakfast is small but highly appreciated, and there’s always coffee, water, and orange juice available. The staff is always accommodating, and we used the on‑site laundry service. The cleaning could have been a bit more thorough, but it’s typical for the country.

One of the best stays I’ve had in Japan – the room was attractive, comfortable and spotless, breakfast was superb, daily towel changes were much appreciated, and the location was also excellent.
