The place was quiet, with no outside noise. The only downside was that there was no sign indicating the Reception is on the 3rd floor. At checkout, a receptionist left me waiting to check if the remote controls were still in my room. The elevator didn’t work when I left, so I had to use the stairs, and I was told that the stairs were being used for moving furniture. Those kinds of moves should only happen at night.

The location was close, and everything else was fine.

The staff were very friendly, the hotel facilities were comfortable and spotless, and when we asked for ice in our room it was delivered promptly. The only issues were that the breakfast only allowed one refill per person, and a colleague didn't get hot water in her room, but otherwise everything was fine and the room rates were respected.
