Mashallah, the reception by Hussein was warm, quiet, and clean as it should be—thanks a lot. I’ll definitely repeat the experience and recommend everyone to deal with him; he’s available at any time. I also recommend the best spots; we could walk everywhere and didn’t need a car. 👍🏻

The location is close to the souq and the fort, and everything is walkable. The room and toilet are clean. The bathroom was too small for a good shower, and climbing upstairs with bags was a bit difficult.

The terrace with the pool, the manager’s and staff’s friendliness, the proximity to the center, souk, and fort were positives. Parking was a real hassle—impossible to park around the hotel; you have to park far away. The streets are all small and narrow, with no space.

The hotel is brand‑new, with a modern feel in the furniture and fittings, arranged simply and well. Check‑in was quick and the staff were helpful, giving us good tips on where to go. The only downside was that the streets leading to the hotel were narrow.
