I had a fantastic stay at Jinghua Hotel and would highly recommend it. A special thank you to Mr. Noodle and Zhao Jing for their outstanding service. Mr. Noodle speaks fluent English and was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. He gave excellent recommendations on places to visit and guided me on the best transportation options, which made my trip much easier and more enjoyable. Zhao Jing went above and beyond by spending nearly two hours helping me resolve an issue with my mobile service. She contacted both Apple Support and Holafly on my behalf, which I truly appreciated. When my Alipay was not working, I reached out to Mr. Noodle, who kindly helped me by arranging some cash so I could manage my expenses. Their dedication and kindness made a big difference. Overall, I had three wonderful days at Jinghua Hotel thanks to the amazing staff. One piece of feedback for hotel management: it would be great to enforce a stricter no-smoking policy inside the hotel, as there were quite a few guests smoking indoors. Thank you again for a memorable stay!. Smoking
