The cleanliness was definitely the highlight, and the breakfast was tasty and enjoyable, though the smoking area on the 7th floor was unavailable.
The large public bath and breakfast were excellent, and I liked being able to sip coffee in the lobby; there were no downsides.

I was really happy with the hotel, especially since I got to soak in the hot springs and enjoy the buffet breakfast. The hot springs were a highlight, but I have to say that the cleanliness of the facilities could have been better - it was just a bit off for me. Overall, though, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives, and I left feeling pretty satisfied.
