I was only there for one night just to catch that famous slam‑dunk opening scene, and the spot was spot on – a short walk to the beach and a grocery shop right nearby to keep food costs low. The bento was cheap and tasty. For ¥8000 you’d expect a bathtub or a kitchen, but I only had a fridge and microwave, which were handy. The shampoo and body wash bottles had no labels, so I couldn’t tell which was which.
