The reception was friendly and the place was clean, and getting there from Gare de l'Est was easy. I did notice some noise from the elevator shaft and the automatic doors of the rooms clanged a bit.

It’s really close to Gare du Nord and the local metro, making it handy for all sorts of amenities. A water fountain in reception was very useful. The room was quite small.

The check‑in directions were clear, the studio was small but cozy, nicely furnished, and overall it was a pleasant stay.

The room was cute, tidy and generally welcoming, but the staff were not very friendly or helpful. The room was cold and the heating system was inadequate; we had to ask for extra blankets. It would have been better if the staff had paid more attention to guest comfort and been more cordial.
