The location was good, close to the shopping mall, and the breakfast was excellent. However, we were unlucky to stay on the same day as the 150th Congada de Reis celebrations for Our Lady Rosário and São Benedito, when the “Ternos de Reis” groups started their performances at 05:50. According to Google, the scheduled times for these shows were between 08:00 and 23:00, which did not happen. I suggest the hotel management—and other nearby hotels—intervene so that such events comply with the Municipal Code of Regulations (Law No. 10.741/2011) and Law No. 13.208/2019, and observe appropriate hours for guests still resting in hotels or nearby homes.

The service was good; the room and bathrooms were clean; the city view was nice; the breakfast was excellent. The mattress was not very comfortable, the TV had no internet connection, and the air‑conditioner had no control, so the room got very cold and only two blankets were provided to cover.

Breakfast was full of options, the room was very clean, and the shower was great. The bed and pillow were not very firm, and the reception staff did not provide good service.
