“Faded and failing to maximise its potential”

The pool is nice and it’s very close to the beach. There was no effort to make the most of the pool and outdoor area—no furniture, umbrellas, or outside service. It could be lovely but they seem unwilling to bother. Also, why is there a Persian restaurant on site? Isn’t Goan food better?

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a disappointment - it felt old and run-down, with dirty sheets and towels. To make matters worse, there was no safe in the room and the concierge was unfriendly. Given the state of the hotel, I didn't feel like it was worth the money - I wouldn't recommend it to others.

I appreciated the hotel's prime location, right on the beach, which was perfect for open water swim events like Caranzal or Miramar. However, I was let down by the lack of room service and the overall average quality of the other services provided. The hotel seemed to be just decent, nothing more.

“Lovely quiet beach stay with very good restaurant and bar”

I enjoyed the peaceful beach location, which was a welcome respite from the tourist zones. The hotel's proximity to Punaji and Dona Paula was also a plus, with easy bus access and a short walking distance. The Persian restaurant on site was excellent, and I had a pleasant stay overall. However, I encountered a minor issue with the menu for room delivery, which didn't scan properly, but I was able to enjoy great food elsewhere and at the Persian restaurant.
