The welcome was excellent.

The location was central and the room’s color scheme was appealing, but we had no hot water for three days. The landlord only responded when asked. They refilled plastic coffee cups and coffee pods on request. The promised communal kitchen didn’t exist – only a kettle and coffee machine, no toaster. In the dark corner of the hallway where the appliances are, the light goes out after 1.5 minutes. The cabinets there are locked. A plate can be obtained only by asking.

There was absolutely nothing good about it. No sense of privacy at all – the door didn’t lock from the inside, so anyone with a key could come in, and that happened several times. The host/housekeeping entered our studio five times, four of them unannounced. We were woken up repeatedly by housekeeping while still in bed; the lady would almost be inside our room. The room was very noisy, we could hear everything from the neighbors, hallway, elevator, and outside. Hot water didn’t work multiple times. The kitchenette we thought we’d have was actually a shared one with three other studios, and that wasn’t disclosed beforehand. Parking was a disaster; we had to search for over 30 minutes each time until we finally found a paid spot 15 minutes away from the studio. We were relieved when we could finally leave – it was a nightmare.

Everything was perfect and the owner was very responsive; a great stay.

The owner and cleaner were friendly and helpful, and the room was a good size with a well‑equipped bathroom that felt light and airy. It’s conveniently close to a train station and just a short walk from the old town, main shops, and restaurants. However, there was no shared kitchen as advertised, the chairs in the room were not comfortable, and the balcony was too small to sit on, so there was essentially no usable outside space.
