“Comfortable room if traveling with children”
I appreciated having a separate area for the kids to sleep, and the bathroom being attached to the king bed meant we didn’t have to wake the kids at night. There was hair in the freezer compartment of the refrigerator, and there were no makeup wipes available.
“Just okay”
I didn’t eat there, but the coffee in the room was very strong. I asked for a handicap‑accessible room and I don’t believe I got one; I made a note of it.
“Good place to stay, apparently some plumbing problems and staff needs a little work.”
We landed in a pretty new, clean hotel right near the Fishers event center where we caught a few concerts, so the location was spot on. The facilities were all nice, but the room we booked turned out to be unavailable—no email or text alert, only a call that never came through. We ended up stuck in a room that wasn’t what we wanted, and when I called twice I had to go down to the front desk to snag an extra comforter. The pull‑out bed was incredibly uncomfortable; we had to use it because we didn’t get the double‑bed room we’d booked, only a single king. The front‑desk staff offered a credit, but I had to push for it, which should have been automatic.
“Great room and will stay again.”
The location is convenient and the room’s kitchenette was incredibly helpful. The view was of a parking lot, which is a little boring and nothing they can do about it. They also don’t have Food Network!
“Extremely disappointing. Poor attitude from staff.”
Convenience of the location to work; and the restaurants nearby. For the 2nd time that I've stayed with you this year, the (auto) blind in the room was faulty. When I called the staff member for assistance - she mentioned someone from maintenance would be coming to the room to fix it. 30 minutes later I called, as no one had arrived. This time she said the batteries for the auto blinds were on backorder & nothing else could be done. Not sure how she would know that was actually the problem without investigating it further - but she jumped to a conclusion & left it at that. Then the tv wasn't allowing me to select channels. Again when I spoke to another staff member the next day, his solution was to give me an 800 number to call! Why am I paying full price for a room that has a faulty blind & tv? Top that off with your team members who are not prepared to help your guests. Their approach is to pass it off to someone else or come up with an excuse, so that they don't have to help solve the problem. Very disappointing!
