We booked the room with breakfast included, but at check‑in they told us the rate didn’t cover it – clearly a mix‑up. After a bit of back‑and‑forth the staff promised we’d still get breakfast, and in the end we only ended up eating there three times over a two‑week stay.

If you’re heading south, this place is a handy spot to crash – it sits right on the main road. The downside is there’s no lift and no kitchen, so you can’t whip up a breakfast if you want one.

The hotel is easy to locate, which was a relief. Unfortunately the room had a lingering smell and the extra adult bed was pretty uncomfortable.
