Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite booking a room, we were not given one and were left to find alternative accommodations. The lack of communication and poor customer service made the whole experience very frustrating.

I had a great experience at this hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service provided by the manager, Ahmed. He was extremely attentive, polite, and patient, making me feel welcome and cared for. However, there were a few drawbacks, including noisy neighbors, small breakfast portions, and a cramped room. Additionally, the hotel did not have a laundry machine, which was a bit of an inconvenience.

The hotel's location in the Orbis City tower in block D2 is excellent. My room was clean and newly renovated, and the breakfast was delicious. The host was very welcoming and provided a great service. The room had a conditioner, kettle, and free internet. Breakfast was served in my room, and the window offered a side view of the sea. The price was reasonable considering the quality of the stay. I had no complaints.
