The house was pretty, well laid out, mostly clean, spacious, and generally good, though the main room’s mattress ruined my back, was sagging, the microwave wouldn’t heat, the bathtub was filthy with crusts and a missing curtain, so it felt like a sticky octopus that stuck to you.

The village isn’t right in front of the beach, and the Wi‑Fi signal was weak.

The house is spacious, featuring three separate washrooms—one for each bedroom—and sits in a great spot near Llanes with easy parking right beside it; the area is very quiet at night. However, the climate control needs work: the heating runs on the internet and left us without warmth one afternoon when the service dropped, and the on/off switches are entirely controlled by the owners, who must be notified each time; they sometimes turned it off without warning, though they did restart it as soon as they saw the message. In short, the place is better suited for summer stays. There’s a fireplace, but it didn’t function properly due to lack of maintenance.
