The place is a 15‑minute walk from the town. The room is beautiful, with good beds and a nice bathroom. It would be nice to have two breakfast trays with cutlery so you could take breakfast to go instead of eating in town.

Everything is very tidy, and the building feels authentic. The street noise and high parking fees on the street are a downside. The stairs for luggage are dangerous without shoes (the landlord’s request). The bathroom is 1A, but there are no towel holders or storage options.

The room was surprisingly spacious, with great beds and an excellent shower. Communication was efficient and straightforward. The location is convenient if you want to dine at Villa Augustus. It is a bit of a walk to the centre, but the setting is peaceful with a pleasant view of the little park.
