The place is lovely, with a tidy park and surroundings. The bathroom felt a bit cramped, and the breakfast selection could have been broader for the price paid.

The lodging is pleasant, right in the castle. The staff were extremely kind and very helpful. Breakfast was fine, nothing special. The room’s equipment was good value for money. In the bathroom, the tap had a slight pressure issue, and the street side was a bit noisy in the morning, but not unbearable.

You’ll find a solid, clean stay with a decent breakfast at a fair price. However, the hotel didn’t inform you that the restaurant was closed! We were lucky to discover a pizzeria about a 20‑minute walk away that was open, something you probably wouldn’t have considered otherwise. The bathroom is very small and the shower needs renovation.
