The place was close to family and the cookies were good, but the bed was so hard that sleeping on the side hurt, the pillows were lumpy and bumpy and overall the sleep was uncomfortable and disturbing; early in the morning other guests let the doors slam instead of closing quietly, so soft closing mechanisms would help; the flooring near the shower was water‑damaged in the “recently renovated” room, the shower curtain had a yellow wavy stain, and the breakfast was unappealing and unhealthy—powdered eggs, yogurt with no high‑fructose corn syrup or sweetener, and waffles topped with a high‑fructose product instead of real maple syrup.

They let us check in early, which was very helpful and the customer service was great.

The room was clean and comfortable, but the upstairs guests were very noisy, sounding like they were rearranging furniture at midnight.
