Clean facilities and a pretty hotel with terraces. We chose it because of the nearby hospital service strategy. Staff were friendly. Sandra was on hand for our arrival, but the delay in getting to Bogotá pushed our check‑in over three hours. At night, the reception officer forgot to give us full toiletries; we also saw the bathroom trash can pedal wasn’t working and the shower soap dispenser was empty—things that need improvement.
