The location was good and the staff were polite, but hot water arrived very slowly, cleanliness was below standard, breakfast was weak, and the facilities were outdated.
Mario was super friendly and very pleasant; you can ask him for a lot of things as long as you’re within the limits. The location was great for walking to most sights, otherwise the metro is a 10‑minute ride, and there are excellent restaurants right next to the hotel. I recommend this place. Mario welcomed us at 21:00—thanks a lot.
We gifted our parents a trip to Rome for their golden anniversary, and they couldn’t have asked for a nicer stay. ❤️ From the moment they arrived, they were greeted warmly and kindly by host Mario Fabio. His willingness to help and understanding was especially noteworthy; because our parents had some language difficulties, Mario Fabio personally called the restaurant and reserved a table for them. He was always helpful, patient, and understanding for any other questions or requests. The room was cozy, clean, and thoughtfully decorated. Breakfast was delicious every morning and rounded out the stay perfectly. Our parents enjoyed their time in Rome and will surely remember this special trip for many years. Rome is truly something special—and thanks to Mario Fabio’s heartfelt hospitality, this journey became a wonderful experience. Thank you for the warm care and unforgettable stay! ❤️

Mario, the host, was genuinely helpful and attentive, but there were many areas to improve. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, the room’s acoustics were poor—everything from the street and other rooms could be heard, and we couldn’t achieve complete darkness, which made sleeping unpleasant. The bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable, and the shower had low water pressure. Breakfast was weak, low in quantity and quality, and only offered sweets; the dishes, cups, and plates were already dirty before use.
