The place was spotless, cozy, and warm, and the spot was perfect for getting to Glasgow centre and the west end. Everyone on the team was friendly and pleasant, and they handled a small leak in the bathroom fast.

The bed was good and the location was quiet. Nothing else to mention.

The rooms were very clean, the staff were extremely helpful and polite, and the location was perfect. The bed was okay but could have been a bit more comfortable.

Kevin gave us a warm welcome, and I slept like a log even though I usually struggle to sleep. The walk to the town centre and the museum was great, and it was lovely that Kevin let us have coffee with a friend we hadn’t seen for over 15 years right there at the hotel.
