“Worst place to reside.”
Accessibility from the KSRTC Bus Station is good, and there are nice restaurants nearby. The staff are cunning except for the service boy. The Receptionist Mr. Palani Kishore is misleading and cheating. The staircase is ugly, with a narrow passage and high steps that would aggravate knee pain. There is no lift. No hot water unless you beg for it, and even then it won’t be supplied between 9.30 am and 6.30 pm. No soap, brush, shampoo, etc. The supplied towels are more like door mats. The rooms are toy‑size, the reception is horrible, there is no green view, and the bad surroundings can be seen from any of the opening glass windows.
The room was clean, the staff were polite, and everything needed was available. However, the room with a patio was not a private patio as described; it shared a common patio behind a wall. I would not recommend it, especially on weekends when the place gets crowded.
“Had a good stay”
The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the staff were very polite. The only issue we encountered was with the car parking.
“Super Personal und gute Lage”
The staff was very knowledgeable about the area, helpful, and gave us the best suggestions for activities, restaurants, and more. The hotel’s location was great, surrounded by many restaurants and a few shops within walking distance. The only downside was that card payments were not accepted.
“Budget stay and value for money.”
We were within walking distance of the KSRTC bus stand. After checkout, they allowed us to leave our luggage in the common area to pick up later after a full day of travel, and they also let us use the common washroom before leaving Munnar—true hospitality. The terrace’s common area offers a decent view of the mountains, as shown in the photo. The geyser’s capacity was lower than usual, but it was sufficient for most needs.
