The room I received had no window, so I asked for a change to match my booking, was moved, but the pillows were stinky and the bed sheet was unclean; the toilet was okay, yet overall the room was not clean.

The room was clean and well set up, the mattress was very comfortable, and the hotel is very central, but the breakfast was frustrating: we weren’t asked what we wanted, it was just presented to us and the same each day; ordering something else like yogurt required extra payment; there was an extensive menu but most items were unavailable, leaving only a small selection of Indian food; the staff were limited in service, so when we asked for forks and spoons in the evening we were told the kitchen was closed; and the promised mountain view turned out to be nothing special.
