The water was warm, the bed comfortable, and the bus stop nearby – everything I expected.

The place is very close to Luton airport and the area is very quiet, which is fine for an early‑morning flight. However, the rooms are small, the shower was dirty, it’s hard to find the hotel at night, and the bed was uncomfortable.

There was nothing worth mentioning. The photos on the site were fake, the bathroom and toilet were dirty, the mugs and slippers were used and unclean, and the location was actually far from the airport – 44 minutes on foot. The “house with rooms” turned out to be cabins in the backyard next to the bins, and the bathroom photo showed a bath that didn’t exist; the real bathroom was narrow, dirty, and had no TV signal. Very disappointing.

The bed was very comfortable and we rested well. The only issue was the black‑and‑white paintings in the room, which gave a negative vibe; I hope they’ll change them in the future.
