A private balcony extends from the unit, which is arranged as two separate rooms. The sleeping area offers two large double beds and accommodates up to four guests. A private bathroom serves the room. Soundproofing and tile/marble flooring are provided for comfort.

The quiet spot in town and the secure parking for bikes are great. The room lighting was a bit dim for reading.
The location was ideal for excursions. It was the right place for our short stay, with good breakfast and a well‑maintained site.
The staff were very friendly, the cleanliness and quiet, the view from the room, and the breakfast was very complete. The Sommerkarte included was a great surprise! Parking options are limited.

A solid spot when visiting Zell am See, just a short walk from the train station and the town centre. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they handed out a free national‑park discount card for transit and cable cars. Breakfast offered plenty of tasty vegan choices. The sofa bed could have been a touch more comfortable.
