The employees are fantastic, always ready to help, but the building itself feels ancient and uncomfortable, making the overall experience fall short on comfort.

The spot is convenient, which I liked, but the room left a lot to be desired. The mattress was awful, the bathroom tiny and the shower barely produced water; on top of that the Wi‑Fi never worked and the cleaning was subpar.

I was warmly greeted by the owner and his family, who went out of their way to make my stay excellent. The location is superb, just a few steps from the historic Basilica and surrounded by good shops. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Aparecida.
