“Bello ma troppo AI”
The place is quiet, the kitchen in the room works for anything, there's a carbon monoxide detector and other gas sensors, everything feels very modern, and the bathroom is spacious. However, there are no extra pillows beyond the two on the bed, which were very low; the host used a website for self‑check‑in that has very strict requirements: besides a document you must send a selfie showing each guest’s face and ID; it talks about opening through the app but it isn’t available; the host can never be reached, not even via their site, phone number, or on Booking, which makes the room experience much worse; on their site there’s a menu for Wi‑Fi and password, but it’s empty so I didn’t use it. It’s a shame because the AI‑made site could have been better… with fewer bugs and more human presence. I get that it’s a business, but there should never be a lack of a human component when it comes to these things… unless it’s explicitly requested by guests (why not make it a feature? check‑in without “human contact”) and not an exclusive thing.
