The rooms were very spacious and had excellent laundry access, much better than the main building at Best Western, but you have to walk to the main building for breakfast.

The location is great, clean and pretty, quiet and peaceful. There's really nothing negative.

I was happy with the spot—close to Gamla Stan yet still in a quiet block that offers a nice view, and the breakfast had a decent variety and good quality, though the air‑heating was a little noisy but still manageable.

I was blown away by the hotel's cleanliness, comfortable rooms, and lovely lounge area. The staff at the Best Western check-in were also very friendly. However, I encountered some issues with the shower not working properly and had to wait until the next day to get a new towel. Furthermore, I felt that the breakfast should have been included in the relatively high price for an unmanned hotel.
